First of all Noah you need to talk with your Healthcare Provider. You may have a problem with Vitamin absorbtion, as we get older , especially women, because of decrease in Hormones the body doesnt absorb vitamins like it use to. Also nutrition is a important key, in the way we prepare our food. Vit D is found in the skin of fruits and vegetables like potatos and apples which we tend to peel before we eat therefor we dont get all Vit-D. My best advice is to consult your Doctor which he can recommend a Nutritionist to help you.
