Centrum Adults Under 50, is nothing of benefit, so I would say not to worry about what your taking.

Unless the calcium is very high mg's. and even then, I don't see a problem.

If you are really worried, call your pharmacist and ask them any questions you have. They deal with these calls all day.

I have never heard of a combination of vitamins being harmful. If you take more than your body needs for it's daily requirement, it is basically wasted tablets and money since your body will automatically flush out any extras that are not used. So theres no thinking that extra might help, because the body will only flush out the extras.

Yes it is too much. Actually it is no need to take so much different supplement . it is not so that if you eat too much supplement you will get more and more vitamin, your body have to absorb that , otherwise it is worthless. You can take a supplement which provide whole nutrition at one. You can take "Juice Plus" vitamin supplement. It is made from real fruits and vegetables. And it has not added any chemical , good for immune system and help to absorb the nutrients most. Real the nutrition value of Juice Plus and you will find all you need . It is enough to take two capsule of Juice Plus supplement -

I have been taking supplements for over 12 years-glad you are intellignt enough to use them too. You can take vitamins and herbs/supplements together without side effects. Medications are damaging and that is where you get into bad side effects. JUST REMEMBER NOT TO TAKE A FIBER,EXA. mETAMUCIL,WITH THEM OR IT WILL "BIND" THEM A WASH THEM OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM. Congratulations on being informed and wise to realize that your body does require supplements!
