Red Yeast Rice 600 mg twice a day
Odorless Garlic 600 mg once a day (Timed released)
Omega 3 fatty acids 1000mg once a day
After the first 2 months cut back to 1 Red Yeast Rice a day
I'm concerned about the "gas pain going all over your back" this could be symptons of cardiac problems, gall bladder problems, etc... Please get that checked out.
I would stop taking statins if you are having stomach pain or muscle pain. Statins inhibit the production of cholesterol in the liver. However, it also inhibits the production of other essential sompunds such as COQ 10. Co Q 10 is essential for proper muscle function.

Earlier this year, I had a friend that retired from work because her memory had gotten so bad she was diagnosed as being in the early stages of dementia.
